Shop Boy?
Elijah set up a little table with shoes on it and enjoyed trying to sell our shoes back to us - I'm not sure if he had any success but he sure takes a cute photo :)

I so cold Mommy!
We were at a friends house the other day and the kids were swimming, Elijah got out and I had forgotten a towel. While my friend was getting him one Elijah with chattering teeth was saying over and over "I so cold Mommy, I so cold Mommy, I so cold Mommy" he got really frustrated and said "I NOT HAPPY MOMMY!"too cute :)

Swimming like a fish!

Elijah is swimming so well! He did a lap across the entire pool yesterday - (the pool is only about 20 feet but he is only 4 :) He has been enjoying playing with Jonah and Isabella and learning "dives" (kung fu etc. type jumps) into the pool. He likes to hold onto Mom & Dad and do Kangaroo hops across the pool, his head goes under water with ours and he does not even mind! Today we went to a friends house, it was a amazing that Elijah could be in the pool and was perfectly fine with us just watching from the patio.
Way to go Elijah - you are an amazing little swimmer!

Jesus is in Santa's heart.
Elijah's school will be hosting Santa in December. Elijah noticed on the radio that "Jesus" was mentioned. He then said "Santa is coming to my school" so I said (trying to make the connection) "but Jesus in not coming to your school is he?" and Elijah said "Noooooo . . ." (sounding a little confused) so I said "Jesus is in your heart, right" Elijah then had a look like oh now I understand, and he replied "yes! and Jesus is in Santa's heart!"

"No LOUD girls my room!"
We have a rule in our house that noone can go into someone elses bedroom without permission (of course all the kids come in our bedroom but that's another story . . .) Elijah loves to break this rule and get the other kids very frustrated. The rule was pretty much made up because he tends to go and find things in their rooms and take them and hide them in his room. He thens says - "noone come my room!" because then Jonah and Isabella will take back their things!
Isabella put a sign on her door "No boys allowed" - Elijah scribbled on a piece of paper and said "No LOUD girls my room!" -
